As you may know, on Friday, April 30, 2010 I purchased a new 2010 Chevrolet Corvette from your organization, and I wanted to let you know that working with Mike Furman, who sold me the car, and Bill Van Der Wheele, your Business Manager, was a complete pleasure. They were knowledgeable, articulate, pleasant, friendly and high class.
Like you, I love performance automobiles and I have been buying them from Chevrolet for more than 40 years. Historically, the process of buying a car has not met the standards exhibited by Mike and Bill. As a result, for about the last decade, I have been buying exclusively from Armen in the Philadelphia suburbs. They too meet the high standards which your organization does, but they do not have the inventory you do. As a result, you got the sale; I am sure to the chagrin of Armen.
I learned of your organization from your ad in the Wall Street Journal and from my first call to Mike Furman through his follow-up to my purchase on Friday (which covered a ten day span), Mike exhibited the attributes that I referenced above with honest, straightforward conversation. He was a delight.
My wife has been driving a Tahoe for the last ten years and she will probably be ready to trade in her 2008 model in June of 2011. I expect that I will hear from Mike around that time.

I probably sounded like a raving lunatic the first time I punched it at a stoplight. This is my first Corvette and WOW, what an amazing car. Just got back from a gorgeous Saturday drive and I wanted to share my experience.
I've been dreaming about owning a Corvette for as long as I could drive, but being a young guy with less than perfect credit I was more than a little apprehensive about getting a deal worked out. I shouldn't have worried! I visited Mike Furman at Criswell Chevrolet in Gaithersburg (MONTVALEGOLF on the Forum) and he set me up perfectly. I got the EXACT configuration I wanted at an amazing price, with financing that fits very comfortably into my budget. Mike took all of the work and stress out of my hands, but he let ME make all of the decisions, with zero pressure or bs. I felt like I was working with an old friend, not a salesman. Despite me looking like just another punk kid, he treated me professionally and courteously. By FAR the best car buying experience I have had.
The only downside to working with Mike is that he's Maryland's Callaway dealer - which means that I got a lot of drool on my shirt while checking out the Callaways on the lot! In seriousness, Mike is a long time aficionado who seems to know everything about the cars and their history. I highly recommend him to anybody looking for a new Vette, wherever you might live.
So, moving on to this beauty that's given me a perma-grin. It's a Grand Sport Heritage, 2LT, NPP with comp gray wheels.
